Booking procedure
This website allows the user to send booking requests by clicking on “Bookings” followed by “Booking request” that will open a special window available in 20 languages where the user may check the hotel’s availability by clicking on “Availability/Bookings” or enter their access code and clicking on “submit” if this code is available to them. The above window may also be used to cancel a booking or to review a list of previous bookings. By choosing the option “Availability/Bookings” the user will access a booking form that must be filled with the description of the room to be booked, as well as the user’s personal data. All fields that are not marked with a (*) sign are compulsory to proceed with the purpose pursued by the user. Should these fields remain blank, it will not be possible to continue with the desired booking. It is also recommended to fill in the fields marked with a (*) sign that, although optional, will enable the staff to provide a better, more personalised service. Once all fields are complete, the user must click on “Submit booking”.
A booking request does not imply a confirmation, which shall be issued within 24 hours.
Only in the event of confirmed bookings where the user fails to show up at the hotel without requesting a prior cancellation, Hotel Huerto del Cura, S.L. shall be entitled to collect the corresponding payment from the credit card indicated by the user at the time of the booking. In all other cases, Hotel Huerto del Cura, S.L. shall not collect any monies from the client's credit card as the final payment shall be effected upon arrival at the accommodation.
